With respect to real estate and homes for sale in Indianapolis,
based on a total of 5,662 listings in December compared to the previous
month’s total of 6,181 there was an 8.4-percent decrease. In contrast,
there were 280 Greenfield homes for sale
compared to the previous month’s total of 294, making it a 4.8-percent
decrease. Compared to December of 2010, however, there was a much larger
11.1-percent decrease in the number of listings on the Greenfield Indiana market.
